Managing Director
Tshepiso Ncube – Madisha
Tshepiso Madisha has extensive experience in Competition, Company, Commercial, Insurance, Tax, Family law, Consumer law and Personal Injury law.
Ms Madisha holds both LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Pretoria. She was admitted as an Attorney of the high court in January 2010.Prior to admission, Ms Madisha serviced her articles at Shai-Mngomezulu Inc. as an article clerk, mainly focusing on Personal Injury claims, Divorce proceedings, labour dispute resolutions and General civil litigation.
In 2010 she joined LIPCO Law for All as a mediator with a broad focus on Insurance law, Labour dispute resolutions and drafting commercial agreements. Ms Madisha then joined the Competition Commission of South Africa in 2011, gaining valuable experience in cartel conduct cases, abuse of dominance and mergers and acquisitions.
